TH-SEMS super-magnetic oil-cooled sugar cane electromagnetic separator is the new system, replacing forced air-cooled sugar cane electromagnetic separator. It uses a fully sealed pole pitch structure, the bottom plate is non-magnetic stainless steel plate, both ends of the welding has a new designed corrugated tank to improve heat dissipation and reduce warming. The separator coil is completely submerged in the transformer oil, which eliminates the corrosion of the excitation coil by the sugar-containing gas and dust, thus greatly improving the reliability of the separator and extending the service life. The separator equipped with a large pole distance and a reasonable magnetic system structure, strong magnetic strength and magnetic attraction force, high performance of iron removal, damp-proof and dust proof. The separator is installed in chute type, when the sugarcane flows through the magnetic pole of the separator, the strong magnetic field will magnetize the mixed magnetic iron pieces, then will be attracted to the plate surface, thereby effectively protecting the expensive squeeze roll. Its powerful magnetic force can attract 0.1~35kg or even heavier tramp iron in mixed sugar flow.
