Magnet filter is used to purify the cooling fluid, by separating magnetic impurities from it. When the cooling fluid(cutting oil or emulsion) containing magnetic impurities flows into the machine, the magnetic impurities within it will be adsorbed on a magnetic roller which is driven by a gear motor, extruded by a rubber covered roller to get cooling fluid adsorbed on them, and then scraped off the magnetic roller by a board. The left is pure cooling fluid.

The magnetic filter can be used to purify the cooling fluid of flat grinder, refiner, gun drilling machine, honing machine, internal and external grinding machine, centerless grinding machine, thread/gear/bearing grinding machine, line cutter and machining Centre. It can also separate magnetic crushed aggregates from all kinds of other crushed aggregates.

When turbid liquid flows into the filter cloth laid on wire mesh, suspended particles of it will be filtered out and plug up the holes of filter cloth, leading more and more liquid accumulating on the filter cloth. If the liquid level rises up to the extreme position, the liquid level sensor will send a signal which controls the starting of a motor, dragging the filter cloth. Then the dirty cloth with the dirt above it will dragged into the trash can and the liquid level will drop. The solution filtered will be pumped into the tank of the machine.
